1. Seller

2. Scope
These terms govern all sales of Vela's digital products (guides, methods, prompts), services (Life OS build, Business OS and related engagements) and events (salon, retreat). Placing an order means acceptance of these terms.
3. Products & services
Each offer is described on its page before purchase: content, format, what is and is not included.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are in euros, TTC (TVA incluse), VAT FR78 879 413 953. Services are invoiced 50% on signature and 50% before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is made via the methods indicated at checkout or on the invoice.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
For distance sales, consumers have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Exceptions:
- Digital content supplied immediately, where you have expressly consented and waived the right of withdrawal at checkout.
- Services that have been fully performed with your prior agreement before the end of the withdrawal period.
6. Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered by email or download link after payment is confirmed.
7. Services
Engagements begin after the introductory call and a signed agreement. Scope, milestones and timeline are defined per engagement.
8. Events — deposits & cancellation
Retreat: €500 deposit, non-refundable; balance due 45 days before the start date. Salon and other events: conditions stated on the offer page. Force majeure and rescheduling are handled in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
9. Liability
Vela provides systems, frameworks and guidance. It does not guarantee specific outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service concerned, subject to mandatory provisions of French law.
10. Personal data
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law & disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, consumers may use the French consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR NAME + URL]. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
